It has been more than 30 years since the United States Congress passed legislation guaranteeing that all children, including those with disabilities, have the right to an education.  This issue looks at how New Hampshire students with disabilities are faring and highlights the challenges that must be addressed if we are to fully include all children as valued members of their school communities.
