Shipping

The IOD Bookstore can ship to virtually any address in the world. Domestic as well as international orders are welcome and can be processed efficiently and securely. 

Orders are generally processed within one business day of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping, including overnight and 2-day, is available only on orders placed before 10am Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10am or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Customers will receive notification via email once an order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon the bookstore’s receipt of eligible returns. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your bank statement.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Media

Unopened shrink wrapped media may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

If defective, opened media may be exchanged within 14 days for a replacement copy. 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, the IOD Bookstore is unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Shrink-wrapped items, including CDs and DVDs that have been opened
• Gift Certificates
• Bulk orders of 6 copies or more
• Items that are no longer in their original condition 
• Items beyond 14 days from date of delivery
• Issues resulting from customer error
• Downloadable Files
