Payment Options
When placing an order with the IOD Bookstore, there are several payment options available.

Credit Cards
You may place your order online with your Visa or Mastercard.  Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.

Purchase Orders
To place an order using a purchase order (PO), you may check out online by selecting ‘purchase order’ as your mode of payment and entering the number when prompted.  If you are unable to place a Purchase Order online, please fax to 603-862-0555.

• W-9 Forms
  To request a W-9 form, please contact the IOD Bookstore coordinator at contact@iodbookstore.com or via fax at 603.862.0555.
• Calculate Shipping 
  To get your exact order total including shipping prior to placing your order, add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart.  Select ‘view cart’ and then ‘calculate shipping’.  Standard and expedited shipping options with associated costs will be shown; select the desired method.  Your grand total will then be displayed.  Please note:  there is no sales tax in New Hampshire. 

Checks

You may pay by check without a purchase order.  An order confirmation email will be sent after order submittal with a link to your order details.  Please submit payment as instructed below; your order will ship upon receipt of payment.

Invoicing and Payment
An invoice will be included with your order unless a different billing address is noted, in which case a copy  will be sent there.  Please make checks payable to UNH Institute on Disability and remit payment to:
