Payment Options
When placing an order with the IOD Bookstore, there are several payment options available.

Credit Cards
You may place your order online with your Visa or Mastercard.  Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.

Purchase Orders
To place an order using a purchase order (PO), you may check out online by selecting ‘purchase order’ as your mode of payment and entering the number when prompted.*

• W-9 Forms
  If you need to request a W-9 form, please contact the IOD Bookstore coordinator at contact@iodbookstore.com or via fax at 603.862.0555.
• Calculate Shipping 
  To get your exact order total including shipping prior to placing your order, select the products you wish to order to your shopping cart online.  Select ‘view cart’ and then ‘calculate shipping’.  Your grand total will then be displayed.  Please note:  there is no sales tax in New Hampshire. 
• Invoicing and Payment
  An invoice will be included with your order unless a different billing address is noted.  Please make checks payable to UNH Institute on Disability.  Please reference your order number with payment and remit within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
