What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and purchase orders (POs).  All are accepted online. 

What are my options for shipping and how much does it cost?

We use Fed Ex to ship all domestic orders.  For all international orders, standard postage is applied.
The shipping options available and the related costs are dependent upon the customer’s address.  All options are presented when checking out of the bookstore.

My organization is tax exempt.  How do I get a get a tax exempt form?

There is no sales tax in New Hampshire therefore you don’t need a tax exempt form.

 I am placing my order with a purchase order.  How will I be invoiced?

A copy of your invoice will be included with your shipment.  In addition, if the billing address is different than your shipping address, a copy of your invoice will be mailed separately from your order contents.

I am trying to pay an open invoice from the IOD Bookstore.  Who should I make the check payable to?

Please make checks payable to the Institute on Disability and send to 10 West Edge Dr, Durham NH 03824, attn: Jill Varney.  Please reference your order number in the memo line of your payment.

How do I obtain a W-9 form?
